I had a extremely hard time dealing with this news, trying to figure out how this could have happened to my baby. We have never had anyone in our families with a cleft lip, so I was trying to go through my pregnancy to see what I could have done to cause my babies cleft. Fearing the worst when he was born; after looking up horrifying photos, I was shocked when my baby was born and he was the most beautiful little boy I'd ever seen. Landon's is very smiler to your little girls. His was a big surprise to us, they told us at my 20 week ultrasound that everything looked normal, and we had a 3D/4D ultrasound at 26 weeks and they also never picked it up. I do feel fortunate that it isn't Savior. Thank you for sharing your photos.
