Ben is three years old today. It just seems like yesterday that I was moaning in pain and threatening Marti with certain death unless he did something, dammit! Why are you just standing there when this hurts so freaking badly! Yes, it was just yesterday I was in labor with Ben, and moments ago that I awoke with Ben in my arms and, instead of my body miraculously shrinking back to normal, I found a strange jelly-belly attached to my front where my body used to be. Maybe it seems like moments because Ben got bigger and the jelly-belly just stayed… anyway, three years later I can say, it was worth it. Ben might be the best thing that ever happened to me. I love you Ben, and Happy Birthday to you.

Well, Monday’s meeting went well but there are many questions left to answer about starting a non-profit, so let’s get on to something more fun: messaging software. I don’t know about everyone else, but I have windows messenger, yahoo messenger and AOL, all of which require different passwords, usernames, etc. Enter Gaim, a Linux tool that synchronizes all three and requires a single login.
